About Our Yoga Classes
General Information
- Classes are 60/75/90 minutes depending on class time.
- Students of all levels are welcome.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. (First-timers need to arrive at least 15 minutes to register).
- The room is hot, be prepared to sweat.
- Wear lightweight workout clothes.
- Bring water, yoga mat and two towels. These items are also available for purchase/rent at the studio.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class (approximately 1 liter) Don't try to hydrate in class. Sips of water are fine, but ultimately you want no food or liquid in the stomach during the practice.
- For noticeable benefits, we recommend coming at least three times a week.
- For a complete life overhaul, we recommend committing to six days a week for two months. Your life will never be the same again.
Studio Etiquette
In order to create and maintain a pleasant environment for your yoga practice, we ask that you read and abide by the following policies:
- Admittance is on a first come,
first served basis - Leave shoes in the front lobby
- Make sure you and others around you have a view of the front mirror
- Please respect and enjoy the silence of the yoga room before and after class.
